Change my Password on LansingMIPay

You can manage your password in the profile section of the LansingMIPay app.

Note: If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password from the login screen to enter your email address, and have a password reset email sent to you.

1. Log in to your LansingMIPay profile (see Create a Profile on LansingMIPay)

2. Select the profile icon in the upper right corner and click Settings

3. Click the edit icon to the right of the "Password" field

4.  Enter the Current Password, New Password, and re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password field

5. Click Save
